1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how ANT Frameworks Private Limited ("ANT Frameworks", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit antframeworks.com (the "Website") or contact us about our services.
We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules made under them, and we apply equivalent safeguards when we work with visitors and clients from other jurisdictions.
2. Personal data we collect
We keep the personal data we collect to the minimum needed to respond to you and run the Website:
- Information you send us. When you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, work email address, company name, and the contents of your message. The contact form opens your own email client; nothing is stored on the Website itself.
- Business contact information. If you engage us for a project, we process the names, roles, and contact details of the people we work with at your organisation.
- Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of each request, for security and reliability purposes.
The Website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and it does not ask you to create an account. Please do not send us sensitive personal data (such as financial, health, or biometric information) through the contact form or by email unless we have specifically agreed to receive it.
3. How we use personal data
We use personal data only for the following purposes:
- To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, and communicate with you about our services.
- To deliver, manage, and support client engagements under a contract.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Website, including detecting and preventing abuse.
- To meet legal, regulatory, accounting, and tax obligations.
We rely on your consent when you contact us, on the legitimate uses permitted by applicable law, and on the performance of a contract where you or your organisation engage us. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects for you.
4. Third-party services
To load quickly and look consistent, the Website requests fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from public content delivery networks (cdn.tailwindcss.com and cdnjs.cloudflare.com). When your browser loads these files, those providers receive your IP address and browser information under their own privacy policies.
We may share personal data with service providers who help us operate our business, such as hosting, email, and professional advisers, under obligations of confidentiality. We may also disclose personal data where required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a government authority, or to protect our rights, users, or systems.
5. International transfers
We are based in India and our delivery centres are in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Some of our service providers may process data outside India. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the data receives a level of protection consistent with this policy and permitted by applicable law.
6. Data retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Client engagement records are retained for the duration of the engagement and as required by contract, accounting, and tax laws. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
7. How we protect data
Security by default is part of how we deliver engineering work, and we apply the same approach to our own systems. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access controls, encrypted connections, and least-privilege practices, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed.
- Request correction, completion, or updating of inaccurate personal data.
- Request erasure of personal data that is no longer needed, and withdraw consent at any time.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
- Raise a grievance with us, and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India or your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@antframeworks.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Children's privacy
The Website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
